New Photography Featuring the Queen

...Delta Queen that is. Isn't she a lovely river vessel? Before moving to Madison, Indiana, I was always partial to the Belle of Louisville. Now that I live in Indiana, I've been drawn to the majesty of the Queen. As crowds gathered to greet her for each visit and passengers walked the plank, my heart opened to this glorious riverboat. She won the Golden Antlers in her Derby Race with the Belle this year. My first photograph of the Queen available on Etsy features this prize. This was her final voyage down the Ohio as she'll now become a boutique hotel in Chattanooga. I'm just happy to have witnessed the glory and pride she brought to her loyal fans in Madison.

Free Gift Box with Job's Tears Earrings

After a busy weekend at Winterfair, I want to give my Etsy shoppers the same perfect gift-giving opportunity. With the purchase of a pair of Farmer Fox Job's Tears earrings you'll receive a free brown gift box tied in raffia. This lovely packaging creates an organic feel to the entire gift. I'll even ship them directly to your loved one's address if you let me know it's a gift. What could be a more thoughtful (and easy to give) give for the women on your list? This offer extends to December 25, 2008.

Today there's a definite chill in the air. As the last leaves fell, I was inspired to add seven glove puppies to the growing line of Paula's Playfuls handcrafted animals on my site . Here's just one of these irresistable pups! View more new puppies on the right.

Winterfair!

Winterfair 2008 is one Christmas shopping event not to be missed! This is the place to find the perfect gift for those you love. This will be my first year as a featured artist at this fantastic shopping event. For those who haven't attended here's the scoop. It's a juried art show featuring unique, handcrafted items in Louisville, KY on December 5th and 6th. I submitted five categories to be judged and all five were admitted. They include my sister Paula's one of a kind handmade animals and gorgeous flowers, my sister Janet's Ky grown and artistic job's tears jewelry line, my mother's beautifully sewn totes and purses featuring quilting to modern fabrics, and my fine art photography. Hope to see you there!
